"History does not describe the past.

For Students at Ecolint
The course pages outline your curriculum and its assessment and provide links to resources. You will need to use the password to access these pages. The resources page links to websites that may help all students, while the blog notes interesting things (well, to me anyway) from around the web; these latter pages are freely accessible. Finally, all students can make use of the university applications page.

For Parents of Ecolint Students
You can look through the course and materials followed by your child on the relevant page. Your child will know the password to access these. Homeworks are posted to Managebac and can be viewed there.

For Visitors
This site primarily supports my students but it also serves as an introduction to my pedagogy. Please do get in touch if you have questions, suggestions, or are interested in collaborating on courses and/or resources. The footer provides links to other sites and services within the International School of Geneva with which I am involved.
Getting into Teaching

16th September 2024

I recorded a video about how I got into international teaching and counselling for my college's alumni programme a few years ago. I hope it is helpful if you are interested in the same path.

A Shiny New Logo!

21st April 2015

The website got a shiny new logo today, courtesy of the wonderful Hanneke Wellian in Y13. In addition to characterful images, it features my college's motto, too; very apt for a history teacher I should say! Thank you very much, Hanneke!
